Our Philosophy

What is “Piatsa Gourounaki”

The name “Piatsa Gourounaki”, meaning place where little pigs get together, indicates that meat is the main attraction in the menu. The initial idea is to offer fresh, simple, delicious dishes at good prices, in a casual and friendly environment. The food is purely Greek, with souvlaki being the guest of honor. You’ll find chicken, pork and lamb. There are also two kinds of kebab, lamb chops, chicken thighs and pork belly bacon. All meats are cooked on the grill. You can accompany them with traditional salads like the greek, the Cretan ntako, tomato-feta cheese-basil salad, dips such as tzatziki, tirokafteri, eggplant dip, tahini and unique greek cheeses like fetta, graviera and manouri. Perfect companion to the meal is the barrel wine, a variety of beers, tsipouro, Malamatina and Zivania.

You should also try the one and only dessert, the mahalembi made by Mrs. Popi.

The restaurant is open from Monday – Sunday from 12:30 pm until 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm.

No Reservations.
